Marketing Executive

Description: Our Client a dynamic Insurance organisation agency is looking for a Marketing Executive to join their teams in North Wales.

This role is perfect for someone who is both creative and results driven, seeing their ideas translate into operational success, and be able to develop KPI s to monitor campaigns.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with stakeholders to understand key product areas to target with campaigns
  • Develop new marketing campaigns via the digital marketplace, email, and where relevant, via traditional routes, such as magazines / relevant publications / billboards, etc
  • Develop KPI s and reports to monitor return on investment of various campaigns
  • Generate regular blogs and creation of new and fresh content for the website
  • Implement a range of activities to increase the optimisation of the website and improve visibility in search engines
  • Develop, grow and maintain social media platforms including Twitter, Linkedin and Facebook
  • Create prospect reports to monitor new business activity and conversion of leads
  • Experience in the manipulation and cleansing of data from multiple data sources to support the marketing function (this may include the use of Excel, Access or other databases and CRM systems)
  • Develop communications to be issued to the business on key operational updates
  • Attend networking events and represent the company as required
  • Produce update reports to present at monthly marketing meeting

    To apply for this role the successful candidate must have the following skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Honesty and integrity
  • Organisation and attention to detail, including ability to prioritise and manage time effectively
  • At least 2 years marketing experience, particularly in a digital marketing environment
  • Experience in running Google campaigns, expertise with Google Adwords, Analytics, Webmaster Tools software
  • Knowledge and first-hand experience in developing content for websites, and using back office systems such as Wordpress, Joomla, etc.
  • Running email campaigns for designated market sectors
  • Marketing experience within an insurance environment
  • Proven track record in utilising Search Engine Optimisation techniques
  • Familiarity with Acturis and Acquire systems
  • Cert CII or above insurance qualification
