Description: Our client a large Insurance Intermediary is seeking a Claims Quality Control Relationship Manager to join their team. The claims team are at the heart of everything, So you will be involved with all lines of business and aim to provide a fast, efficient service making the process as simple as possible form the clients perspective. Internally they focus on non-wheels-based claims however the outsourcing of motor claims also falls within their remit as the service they offer reflects directly on ourselves.

Your role will include:

  • To handle Insurer queries in relation to claims.
  • To ensure insurer claims MI mirrors the claims on their records.
  • Dealing with the outsourced claims department; owning and maintaining a professional and good working relationship between the claims handlers and the Underwriting Department.
  • Weekly visits to outsourced claims handling team to review cases, monitor workflow and provide guidance and training while on-site when required.
  • Produce monthly report on claims activity and volumes, including – but not limited to - average claims costs, speed of claims being settled, credit hire spends, savings and leakage identified.

    Salary / Benefits

    £20,000 - £35,000 dependant upon experience

    The Person

    Essential skills for the role are; Motor claims handling knowledge, strong relationship skills, ability to communicate at all levels.

    Desirable skills for the role are; Office 365 and proclaim knowledge.

    Working Hours:

    Mon-Fri 8.30am-5.30pm
