Description: Our client, a well respected insurance broker based in Manchester is looking for an experienced Telesales Executive to join their expanding team. The successful candidate will be responsible for cold calling and setting up appointments for the account executives. Your role will involve speaking to both new and existing customers in order to gather information about their current Insurance policies with a view to making appointments for the account executive to go in and sell services of our clients.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for the maintenance of the new business database. Account executives will report back to you about the success of the appointment and your role will then be reminding the executive about forthcoming renewal dates. A good training plan will be put in place for enthusiastic individuals who wish to progress a career within Insurance.

The Person

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years experience in the telesales market. You will be sales focused with the ability to build relationships at board level and more importantly close deals. You must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills along with Strong analytical, interpretation, organisational and time management skills. Appointment making experience is preferred for this role although it is not essential as good B2B telesales experience will be considered.
